  1. Currently right now the leader of North Korea is Kim Jong Un. His father Kim Jong II, led the country from 1994-2011. Both men are very powerful and strict people. The country of North Korea has a very large and strong army, who also have access to Nuclear weapons. North Korea and U.S.A. are not very friendly Allies. In fact, tensions are really high and sooner or later, there might even be a war. Reading this article made me think of the movie "Red Dawn" because in the movie, it talks about the same exact same stuff except, in the movie, they actually attack and destroy part of California. But U.S.A. bounced back and rebelled. Basically, This article about North Korea thinking of attacking the U.S.A. is true and if it were to happen, (not saying it will), America would bounce back. That's what they always do.

  2. Long before my peers and I came onto this earth, there has been great tension between North Korea and a large portion of countries across the world, and this tension is still occurring today. Our country, the United States, happens to be one of North Korea's greatest enemies next to its neighboring country, South Korea. North Korea’s leader is Kim Jong Un and he has been in office since December 17, 2011. He and his father, the former leader of North Korea, were both very hungry for power. The people of the United States and the rest of the world are on high alert for any signs of nuclear threats. None have been released, but however, they are still keeping their eyes open for any suspicious movements. Despite North Korea's ongoing feud with the United States, one of North Korea’s number one enemies is just under their nose; literally. One of their greatest enemies is South Korea and they even share the same peninsula!! After the horrible World War 2, the country of Korea split into two different countries. Then came the Korean War, when North Korea attacked the South. When the cease fire was created in 1953, so created the dividing line between the two countries, the DMZ. None of the citizens of either North or South Korea are allowed to cross, and it keeps some of the families on opposite sides apart from each other. Despite what we are hearing on the news of North Korea’s dangerous threats, I know that the United States will always stand strong and we will take on any challenge that is put in front of us, no matter how challenging it may be.

  3. North Korea's current leader is Kim Jun Un is taking the place of his dead father Kim Jun the first they are powerful dictators and take control of one of the worlds biggest armies. And both of these leaders have used and issued military threats to display their power and control. Both of these leaders have access to destructive and dangerous nuclear weapons.North Korea and America are not very friendly with each other. In my opinion I think that North Korea and the U.S. have a chance getting each other into a war with one another.Or even worse another world war or the worst of all a nuclear war!In fact North Korea had an underground test for nuclear weapons it was there third nuclear test since 2006.The newly elected South Korean president said that the North Korean nuclear program is a challenge for the survival and the future of Korea.North and south Korea do not get along at all. There is a giant border dividing the two countries that no one goes over on either side.Due to the recent army growth and nuclear testing the United States and South Korea have stopped the food aid to North Korea.South Korea has even tried to build a friendly relationship with North Korea but North Korea does not even want to associate with South Korea.

  4. The current leader of North Korea is Kim Jong Un. Many countries are very worried about the new leader because, he is using military threats to display his power and control. He is very dangerous and will do harm to the United States and many other countries. North Korea is manly fighting with South Korea. They have had conflict for about 60 years and more. Even though they share a language and a peninsula they still despise each other. The U.S.A is even more worried because North Korea has access to destructive Nuclear weapons. Many countries do not believe in this for example, China’s president Xi Jinping said no country “should be allowed to throw a region and even the whole world into chaos for selfish gain”.

  5. North Korea has been feuding with other countries for years. One of them happens to be the United States of America. Kim Jong Un has been the leader of North Korea ever since his father died. North Korea and South Korea do not have a very good relationship, to avoid contact they created the DMV. The DMV is a war zone. It is a field with electric barbed wire fences, land mines, and armed guards ready to shoot at any moving thing. North Korea does not get along very well with any country, it blocks all the internet access to their people, and does not let a great majority of people in or out of North Korea. North Korea has been doing a lot of nuclear testing and many countries are suspicious of their motives with those weapons. North Korea and South Korea split into 2 countries after World War 2. North Korea has been stuck on the Korean Peninsula with their southern enemies ever since. There is a lot of things going on in the world right now but America will fight for what is right.
